The increase to Parent’s Leave and Benefit by an additional 3 weeks as announced in Budget 2021 is a very welcome extension for parents.

It is important for Employers to consider the outstanding annual leave balance Employees might have to date, as well as the Organisations policy on the carry-over of annual leave into the following year.
