Whistleblowing update for Employers

The key legislative provisions on Whistleblowing in Ireland are provided for in the Protected Disclosure Act of 2014 [PDA 2014]. The Whistleblowing Directive enacted back in December 2019, requires Member States implement substantial changes to the current protected disclosures /whistleblowing legislation by 17th December 2021.
