New Senior Appointment
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Barry to the position of Head of Commercial and Partnerships. Richard is responsible for leading the Business Development and Marketing teams to support our ambitious growth. He also oversees the development and nurturing of Strategic Partnership relationships.
Richard has extensive international experience leading business growth, transformational programmes and developing award winning customer experiences.

Supporting our strategic partners
We had the opportunity to meet and discuss the HR issues of the day with attendees of the CIPD Annual Conference last month. We shared insights and trends from our most recent HR Barometer Report and how this information can be used to help support HR decision-making in organisations.
We are also at The Wheel Summit 2022, an event that provides a fantastic opportunity for the country’s nonprofit organisations to come together and share and learn from each other’s experiences. We have a long established partnership with The Wheel and have extensive experience in the nonprofit sector so we understand that every organisation has different HR requirements and provide the tailor-made solutions needed to meet those requirements.
Finally, we were delighted to be one of the key sponsors of Cork Chamber’s Annual Dinner, which took place in Páirc Ui Chaoimh. The event was attended by nearly 1,000 people representing some of Cork’s finest businesses. Our sponsorship was part of our partnership with Cork Chamber and supports our growth plans for the region.
