Our world of work is changing at a pace never seen before, forcing organisations to innovate and transform in order to adapt and succeed. Workplace leaders and HR practitioners must prepare for an entirely new roadmap of expectations and responsibilities.

We are hosting a half-day conference – Navigating the Future of Work - to delve into what is influencing our evolving world of work and more importantly what actions organisations need to take now. Leading experts will share their insights, research and intelligence to help you take advantage of opportunities and better manage organisational transformation, from people to processes and practices to technology.

The future of your work has never been closer. Join us to ensure your organisation is prepared to take advantage of what the future of work brings.

TICKETS ARE ON SALE HERE, STARTING FROM JUST €80.

Our impressive line-up of speakers includes renowned Future of Work Expert, Heather E. McGowan who will share her insights on how the global health crisis accelerated a dramatic shift in work, learning and leading. Conference attendees also will hear first-hand from Patricia Fors, Lead Consultant, Future of Work about her key practical learnings as well as the insights she has gained from organisations across Europe and in Ireland through her recent engagements with Adare Human Resource Management.

HR Barometer 2021

Research is currently underway for our latest HR Barometer report, the results of which will be shared at our Annual Conference on the 29th April. The research is being carried out by our independent partner, Behaviour & Attitudes and we’re really looking forward to outlining the latest trends across a number of key HR metrics.

This is the fifth year of our HR Barometer, which is one of the most comprehensive pieces of research into what is impacting HR today and likely to impact in the future.

We look forward to sharing the report with you at our Annual Conference on 29th April.
