As you may know from our regular updates, Gender Pay Gap Reporting is finally in place and is a legal requirement for large organisations. Case Law Reviewed - Worker Unfairly Dismissed During Disagreement Regarding TUPE Arrangements

Respondent is ordered to pay €13,600 to the Complainant by way of compensation.
