What is this webinar about?

The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) seeks to achieve a culture of compliance with employment law. The Commission’s core services include the provision of mediation, conciliation, adjudication on complaints and disputes, amongst other key services.

  • So what should or must an Employer do upon receipt of a complaint/employment claim from the WRC?

  • How can HR professionals ensure they are best prepared?

  • Can Organisations represent themselves in the WRC?

Join us at our upcoming webinar for answers to these key questions and more, where we share our experience of supporting and representing Organisations in the WRC.

At the webinar, we will be covering:

  • The Employment Claim – what are Employers required to do?

  • Preparing for an Adjudication Hearing – what information should be included in a submission?

  • The Risks – what are the risks associated with an employment claim?

Join 100’s of HR practitioners and keep your HR knowledge and skills up-to date.
