Sarah Fagan, Managing Director at Adare Human Resource Management
Sarah Fagan, BA, PGDip Employment Law, PGDip Conflict and Resolution is an experienced Human Resources and Employment Law Practitioner. Sarah‘s role as Managing Director involves overseeing the strategic direction of the business and the HR and Employment Law support services provided to clients across a wide range of sectors by the experienced team of consultants within Adare Human Resource Management.
Prior to taking on the role of Managing Director in January 2022, Sarah’s role as Consulting Practice Manager was to support Adare Human Resource Management clients in the delivery of agreed strategic Employee Relations, Industrial Relations and Human Resources consulting projects and oversee the consultancy services provided to clients.

Katie Ridge, Head of Employer Relations at Adare Human Resource Management
Katie Ridge, Chartered MCIPD, Barrister at Law, has practical HR experience combined with substantial employment law knowledge and workplace investigation know how.
Katie has a broad range of employment law experience specialising in workplace investigations, grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as representing Organisations in the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court.
Prior to joining Adare Human Resource Management, Katie has supported a diverse range of private, not-for-profit and public sector Organisations. She has worked as a barrister for 15 years in addition to her 10 years working within HR roles.
