County Kildare Chamber are proud to host this event, in collaboration with their Strategic HR Partners, Adare Human Resource Management, leading experts in Employment Law, Industrial Relations and best practice Human Resource Management.

This webinar will marry the principles of fostering a culture which encourages the right to disconnect with the legal principles aligning to the new Code of Practice and its practical implementation in the workplace.

Meet Your Presenter

 

Katie Ridge, Head of Employer Relations, Adare Human Resource Management

A Chartered member of CIPD, Katie holds a BA Degree from NUI, a BL from the Hon. Society of Kings Inns and a LLM from Leeds University.

Her career to-date includes HR practitioner, Barrister at Law and HR & Employment Law Consultant. Her expertise and experience in employment law spans a diverse range of private, not-for-profit and public sector Organisations. This includes workplace investigations, grievance and disciplinary matters, equality and diversity compliance together with WRC and Labour Court submissions.

As the Head of Employer Relations at Adare Human Resource Management, Katie supports clients in the provision of timely and practical employment law advice and guidance.
