With over 14 years of recruitment experience, Cloe is recognised for her hands-on leadership style, commercial insight, and commitment to delivering outstanding results for both clients and candidates. As part of Osborne’s Senior Leadership Team, she plays a key role in shaping strategy, innovation, and best practice across the group, while driving business performance and client partnerships in Dublin and nationally. Currently completing her MBA with Edinburgh Business School, Cloe also holds a Diploma in Strategic Business Management and certification from the Employment & Recruitment Federation. Known for her strong client relationships and practical, solutions-focused approach, Cloe has managed major public and private sector accounts and large-scale recruitment campaigns across Ireland.

Katie Ridge, Head of Employer Relations I Adare
Katie Ridge, Chartered MCIPD, Barrister at Law, has practical HR experience combined with substantial employment law knowledge and workplace investigation know how. Katie has a broad range of employment law experience specialising in workplace investigations, grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as representing Organisations in the Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court. Prior to joining Adare, Katie has supported a diverse range of private, not-for-profit and public sector Organisations. She has worked as a barrister for 15 years in addition to her 10 years working within HR roles.
