In consideration of the current restrictions at Level 5, the Workplace Relations Commission have issued notice to postpone all in-person Hearings, Meetings, and Mediations for a period of six weeks with effect from midnight October 21, 2020.
In consideration of the current restrictions at Level 5 of the Resilience and Recovery Plan, the Labour Court have issued notice that as of October 22, 2020 they are ceasing all in-person hearings.
Authorisation to conduct hearings remotely has been granted to the Workplace Relations Commission through the signature of an Order by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Leo Varadkar TD.
Face-to-face hearings have restarted in the WRC and the WRC is requesting all attendees to watch the video below before coming to our offices.
