Amanda Finnegan, BCom Masters HRM, with certifications in Change Management, Cognitive and Personality Profiling is an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant with Adare Human Resource Management. Amanda has over 23 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, and the majority of those in consulting to Public and Private organisations.

Amanda’s focus has predominantly been in Organisational Development where she assisted the internal HR Specialists to deliver strategic projects that deliver gains on several internal scoreboards: Organisational Strategy, Performance, Talent Development and Retention, Employee Engagement and increased Portfolio Performance.

Throughout her career, she gravitated toward roles with increasing focus on people management as well as high-level peer and client collaboration.




Daragh O’Mahony
Chief People Officer at
National Broadband Ireland

Daragh O’Mahony, BSc Man & Information Systems, MSc in HR Strategy is the Chief People Officer for National Broadband Ireland and is responsible for leading NBI’s Human Resources and Facilities teams ensuring that the business has the best talent and environment to support and deliver on the National Broadband Plan.

Daragh O’Mahony, joined NBI in 2021 having worked in a range of senior HR roles over the last 20 years across a range of industries including telecoms, insurance, financial services, airport operations and retail. These roles have been in a mixture of publicly quoted companies, commercial semi-state organisations and private equity backed companies. His broad experience includes supporting new country set ups, engaging in mergers & acquisitions and supporting Boards and RemCo’s on strategic people projects. Daragh’s global experience has seen him work across numerous geographies from North America, Europe, Asia and Australia




Cara Greene
Global Vice President of HR and Global leader for L&D

Cara Greene, BA Psychology, MSc Organisational Behaviour, PGDip Leadership & Executive Coaching and PGDip Mental Health and Well-being Coaching is an experienced HR leader. Cara has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources across a number of disciplines with deep knowledge of the payments, financial and technology sectors.

Cara has recently joined 8x8, Inc as a Global Vice President of HR with responsibility for HR internationally as well as being the global leader for Learning and Development. Prior to joining 8x8, Inc. she worked for PayPal in a variety of global HR leadership roles in Europe and Asia. She spent the first 15 years of her career working in the areas of Talent and Leadership Development in Financial Services in both the US and Europe. She has led teams and lived in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific which affords her a truly global perspective.
