We are delighted to invite you to attend our Webinar Series for 2025.
This webinar is COMPLIMENTARY, but registration is essential.
The average cost of managing an employee relations issue is €13,181 and with 2 in 5 Organisations surveyed in Adare’s most recent HR Barometer Series 9.1 conducting workplace investigations in 2024 this has can have a significant impact to business goals, employee experience as well as implications to an Organisation’s culture.
Given their prevalence in Irish workplaces, it is vital that Organisations know how to manage investigations in compliance with Irish employment law to minimise the risk of Employee claims at the WRC.
Investigations are typically required as part of workplace procedures to examine alleged misconduct or other disciplinary matters. To ensure that the running of a workplace disciplinary investigation does not infringe Employee rights, it is vital that Organisations are aware of their obligations around how to investigate work-related allegations in compliance with a range of statutory, contractual and constitutional rights.
The Adare HR Barometer 9.1 also found that Organisations attended the WRC or Labour Court an average of six occasions in the last twelve months. To help Organisations take a consistent and compliant approach to workplace disciplinary investigations and mitigate the financial implications of a successful claim to a third party, Adare and Linea invite you to an insightful webinar that will outline a best practice approach to investigations and mitigation measures to limit the risks involved in appearing at a WRC adjudication hearing.
