Flexible Working Arrangements: Code of Practice Requirements

The right to request Flexible Working arrangements for parents and carers and the right to request Remote Working arrangements for all Employees came into operation on March 7th, 2024.

For clarity and to support Employers, Adare has created two new eBooks:  1. Flexible Working Requests and 2. Remote Working Requests.
