What is this webinar about?
The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission (IHREC) published a new Code of Practice in March 2022 on Sexual Harassment & Harassment at Work. The provisions laid out in the code are admissible in evidence in proceedings before the Courts, the Workplace Relations Commission and the Labour Court.
The Code aims to provide guidance to Employers, trade unions and Employees on:

Since founding Adare Human Resource Management in 2003, Derek has overseen the growth of the business to become one of Ireland’s leading HR, Employment Law and Industrial Relations Consultancies.
