Developing Blended Working Models - 11th May 2022

The practice of remote working, changing employment rights and obligations can be a minefield at the best of times and for employers this means they must navigate the constant change of flux while balancing the needs of the organisation with the needs of employees.

This virtual workshop will explore the key considerations of developing blended working models in the context of the current environment and removal of Government restrictions.

Brought to you in partnership with the Wheel, this workshop is an insight into the steps involved and key organisational, strategic and legal considerations when developing blended work models.

The impact of the health crisis has resulted in many organisations’ re-thinking or re-aligning their overall strategy to best ensure they remain agile and able to deliver their services. The primary objective of this workshop is to create the space, time and environment, to reflect, consider and plan for blended working models in your organisation.

Learning Outcomes
