    In a recent Labour Court case relating to a worker’s claims of harassment and victimisation the critical importance for Employers to have a robust Dignity at Work policy was demonstrated. A further requirement highlighted by the case is Employers should ensure these polices include reference to social media in the context of Employees responsibilities and behavior towards their colleagues on such social media platforms.
