  • Contract Considerations for Employers

    In this month’s newsletter we analyse two separate Labour Court cases relating to contracts of Employment. Case A relates to an unsuccessful claim where an Employee was on fixed term contract, in contrast the Case B relates to a successful claim where the Employee was on a specified purpose contract. We look in detail at these cases and consider the key learnings points for Employers.
