We’re delighted Michelle McDonagh and Ben Doyle have joined the team at Adare Human Resource Management.
Michelle has joined as a Senior HR Client Relationship Consultant. Michelle is a Chartered MCIPD with over 15 years HR experience, using her expertise and strategic focus to analyse organisational culture, resources and capabilities and build a HR infrastructure supporting organisational performance. Michelle joins the team after seven years of successfully running her own HR consultancy practice, Aspire HR.
Ben Doyle, Human Resource Management (MSc), Postgraduate Diploma in Employment Law (Law Society of Ireland) and Psychology (BA) graduate has joined the team as a HR & Employment Law Executive, providing advice, guidance and support to our retainer client base across the country. Ben’s previous role was HR Partner and has worked in both private and public sector.
