Following the acquisition of leading indigenous business in Dublin, we were asked to work closely with the newly formed senior team to review their Organisation structure, their approach to Reward and Recognition and Career paths.

To benchmark salaries and benefits for all existing roles and future roles and develop a salary model within the context of a Total Reward Solution
To implement a performance management and career development framework aligned with the new structure and the reward model

Through working with the newly formed management team, and leading out on the project, we established an internal project team to drive the deliverables, support the communications and maximise manager and employee participation.
Re-writing old job descriptions, drafting new job descriptions, understanding KPI’s for each role and department, all allowed for the business to align its requirements with those of its resources whilst seeking to promote internally and encourage career development. This facilitated external salary benchmarking and the development of salary scales.
The variable element of the Total Reward Model was directly aligned to the businesses scorecard enabling transparency.
