    It seems that for the HR and IR practitioners awaiting the enactment of the IR Amendment Act, it’s a case of don’t hold your breath. However, we are again assured by both Ministers Bruton and Nash that delivery is imminent. In this context imminent means it is anticipated that the draft legislation will become law by mid-2015.
