What entitlements do Employees have to Jury Service Leave?
Employees are entitled to attend for jury service and be paid for same by their Employers. Furthermore, there should also be no loss of any other Employment rights while an Employee serves on a jury. 
What are the notification requirements for jurors?
Jurors are contacted by summons of the County Registrar, which will state that the individual Employee is obliged to attend for jury service on a particular date.
What documentation should an employee provide if they are taking Jury Service Leave?
In order to avail of this leave, an Employee must present the summons for jury service to their Manager as soon as they receive this notification.
