It is essential for Organisations to have an in depth understanding of the Employment of Young Persons. Most complaints within this area can be handled by outside third party institutions.  

It is worth noting that there are penalties of up to €1,905 for failure to comply with the Protection of Young Persons (Employment) Act, 1996. To help our clients excel within their unique focus and to mitigate such risk, the Adare Human Resource Management team has thoroughly analyses key employment law cases, their significance and how employment legislation affects the employment of young persons within an Organisation.  

At present there is little or no case law in this area.
