D. Cases

A thorough understanding of Data Protection cases is critical for the security of data held by Organisations.

Organisations have a number of key responsibilities in relation to the information they hold in relation to their Employees. There are 8 fundamental rules which all Organisations must abide by, which apply to all Organisations who process data in any shape or form..

The Adare Human Resource Management team has critically analysed key employment law cases with regards to their significance and application under the Data Protection Acts. Cases relating to covert surveillance, use of CCTV in investigations and harassment, monitoring employees and CCTV as evidence can be found below in full text as well as in summary form.

Below are a selection of Data Protection  cases  from 2007 - 2015 the team at Adare Human Resource Management have compiled for your viewing. Some are private viewing for our members. To access the archive of cases please log in or sign up to Linea.
