Our Carers Leave checklist is designed to help Organisations follow fair procedures to ensure it is protecting the rights of its Employees who wish to take Carers Leave. The checklist is broken down into three sections which looks at what an Organisation should do: before an Employee commences Carer'r Leave, when an Employee is on Carer's Leave and on an Employees return to work following a period of Carer's Leave.
