Adare Human Resource Management has been providing a support HR service to Glasnevin Trust since 2009. Prior to this we did not have a dedicated HR function within the organisation but this changed following Adare’s initial HR audit, review of our employee handbook and subsequent updates to our policies and procedures that have brought us up to date to comply with current employment legislation. Through the expertise and sensitivity of Derek and his colleagues, we have been able to implement contracts of employment to existing employees along with new employees that come into the organisation. Over the last number of years, there is nothing that Adare HRM have not been able to assist us with in terms of HR and IR issues.

Adare Human Resource Management has been providing HR services to énergie fitness (formerly Jackie Skelly Fitness) since 2008.

We initially went to Adare HRM as a cost effective alternative to a dedicated Human Resource function. We stayed with Adare HRM due to the excellent level of service provided.

With approximately 300 staff – both full and part time – across 9 locations, I think we have come up with every permutation of HR query. Each query was dealt with promptly and comprehensively and an experienced Adare consultant was always at the end of the phone if there was an emergency or further information about a particular case required, either inside or outside working hours.

We have found the consultants within the Adare HRM team to be personable and I never have any hesitation lifting up the phone to them. They always provide a practical solution to whatever question or issue that arises.
